ABOUT DIK SPENCE

After some years living in NSW and Western Australia, Dik has been in the Top End since 2003 (except for 2 moves to Queensland but he just kept coming back!)
Dik has had many career paths from trolley collector and check out chook to repo man, debt collector, forklift driver, courier (not the cycling kind) and retail sales of hardware and liquor.

Drawn to radio in his early 30’s this career choice has stuck for the longest of any as Dik now prefers not to do “grown up” jobs.

Likes: Saabs, The Simpsons, Scotch and Sunday Session Sausage Sizzles – in fact his favourite letter must be ‘S’

Dislikes: Illegal parking, cold weather, stray hair (around the house, bathroom especially wet hairs in the drain! Like a girl who sees a spider, he calls on his wife to remove it! Wuss…)
