Young woman, the first to die on Territory roads this year

Investigations are underway into a fatal crash which claimed the life of a young woman near Adelaide River.

Emergency services were called to a single vehicle rollover, about 10 kilometres north of the township yesterday afternoon.

A 20-year-old woman, who was the sole occupant of the car, died at the scene.

The woman is the first to die on Territory roads this year, with a report being prepared for the Coroner.
