Alleged bikie associate charged with drug and weapon offences in Darwin
Two men are facing a raft of charges after being found in possession of weapons and drugs in Darwin.
Detectives say they intercepted an alleged associate of the Mongrel Mob in the northern suburbs on Friday.
They found a sawn off gun, three loaded magazines, 91 rounds of ammunition, two crossbows, four knives and a large amount of cannabis while searching his car.
The 29-year-old is charged with drug driving, multiple firearm offences and breach of bail.
He has been bailed to face court again next month.
A 29-year-old passenger was also arrested over an outstanding warrant and police seized the vehicle.
During a search of their home, police found more ammunition, MDMA, cannabis and items allegedly indicative of drug supply.
He has been remanded to front the Darwin Local Court today.
