Chinese airline Donghai Airlines will commence flights between Darwin and Shenzen next month.

The services will operate twice a week on Donghai Airlines Boeing 737-800 fleet.

The announcement has been welcomed by the Government and Tourism sector with negotiations taking place for almost a year.

It will help replace a number of international services that have recently left the Territory, including Mayasia Airlines.
