Investigations are underway following a fatal crash in Palmerston at the weekend.
Authorities were called to University Avenue at around 10:30 on Saturday morning (September 27), following a collision between a motorbike and a car.
Upon their arrival, emergency services declared the 24-year-old male motorbike rider dead at the scene.

The female driver of the car returned a negative roadside drug and alcohol test and is assisting police with their enquiries.
Detectives from the Major Crash Investigation Unit are urging anyone with information to make contact on 131 444.
The death brings the NT’s yearly road toll to 30.
