A man is in custody following a unit fire in Woodroffe overnight.
Emergency services were called at around 2am (February 10), with multiple rooms alight upon their arrival.
Police say the site was filled with smoke and was badly damaged during the blaze.

A female resident was able to escape uninjured, with a 22-year-old man found nearby arrested by police.
It’s alleged the woman and the man are related.
A crime scene has been established with investigations continuing.
