Opposition Leader Lia Finocchiaro says the CLP’s roadmap for the NT includes a home owner scheme with grants of up to $50,000, designed to attract skilled workers, boost construction and the economy.

She told Katie Woolf the scheme would cost $20 million and Treasury would release full costing before the election.

Asked about polling showing the CLP is ahead of ALP, 54 to 46 on a two party preferred basis, Ms Finocchiaro says they’re just staying focused on listening to Territorians, relying on them to decide on who they want to govern in August.
