Member for Araluen Robyn Lambley has welcomed an extension of alcohol restrictions in Alice Springs albeit a short term fix.

She told Katie Woolf a review of the Banned Drinkers Register is needed claiming many health and welfare workers don’t support the system.

Ms Lambley says she also agrees with Marion Scrymgour’s push for income management to be introduced in the NT under a system similar to the one in Queensland.
