Katter’s Australia Party Leader Robbie Katter says the Queensland Premier has said she’ll consider the party’s youth crime solutions after it released a complete policy.

The policy would see young offenders sent to outback detention camps for intensive rehabilitation where they’d be tasked with cooking, cleaning and vocational training.

Mr Katter says they’ve been touting the approach for several years and with youth crime escalating it’s a win for KAP that the government will look at new solutions.
