NT Chief Minister Natasha Fyles says she doesn’t expect all Territorians to agree with her politics but violence is not ok.

It comes after a 56-year-old woman allegedly smashed a crepe in the Chief’s face while she was attending a community event in Nightcliff on Sunday.

Ms Fyles says she takes the concerns of Territorians seriously but it needs to be through discussion and debate.

She told Katie Woolf police are considering ramping up security to protect her and the Cabinet.
