Opposition Leader Lia Finocchiaro says Territory taxpayers want to know how much the former Police Commissioner was paid out because the government bungled the process.

Ms Finocchiaro says the NT Government is also blaming police for granting offender’s bail and reforms should see all serious violent offenders start with a position of no bail.

She told Katie Woolf a CLP government would make it easier for police and the courts to keep offenders on remand.
