Chief Minister remains confident she is up to the job

NT Chief Minister Natasha Fyles says the presumption of bail for edged weapons is currently neutral, which will be the focus of an immediate review.

She told Katie Woolf laws are often reviewed following a tragedy, with that work underway.

Ms Fyles says she didn’t attend the crime rally on the weekend as it was a time for the community to stand together but has heard the calls of Territorians.

Following questions about her leadership, the Chief says she is up to the job and has support of her colleagues, with measures in place to tackle the tough issues.
