Chief Minister stands by the government’s approach to tackling crime

Chief Minister Natasha Fyles says she has asked the Police Commissioner to keep additional officers in Alice Spring, after resources were bolstered last year.

She says an audit of service providers in Alice Spring is underway, which will ensure government funding is going where it is needed most.

Ms Fyles told Katie Woolf she believes the government has the right policies and initiatives in place to address the crime crisis across the Territory.
