Opposition Leader Lia Finocchiaro says compulsory alcohol treatment, more cops and tougher consequences for offending are its answers to the NT’s crime crisis.

She told Katie Woolf the CLP is willing to work with the government on solutions to tackle crime but it won’t take a bipartisan approach.

Ms Finocchiaro says she also supports building bigger jails to keep offenders off the streets, with NT prisons full.
