Opposition Leader Lia Finocchiaro says the government is making excuses as to why it shut down the CLP’s bill on tougher bail laws. 

She told Katie Woolf their bill puts the rights of victims above those of offenders.

Ms Finocchiaro brushed off criticism from the government that she’s a ‘one trick pony’ saying she is listening to the community and pushing for what Territorians want.
