Member for Araluen Robyn Lambley has labelled the circumstances around the former Police Commissioner’s retirement as a “comedy of errors” on the NT Government’s part.

She told Katie Woolf estimates also revealed that all of the Territory’s prisons are full and the police watch house in Darwin has been used to house 40 inmates over the last 6 months.

Ms Lambley says the NT Government needs to do more to prevent crime in the first place.
