Member for Araluen Robyn Lambley says Police Minister Brent Potter has a substantial history of sharing highly offensive posts on Facebook and has to resign.

She told Katie Woolf there is no way out of the situation, which has likely left the government conflicted,confused and scrambling to come up with a solution, just five months out from the election.

Ms Lambley says Mr Potter has deeply offended his colleagues in the Labor caucus and Territorians deserve better.
