Thirteen candidates have nominated to become Darwin’s next Lord Mayor in the Local Government Elections and Katie Woolf speaks to some of the contenders to find out why they are running and what they promise to deliver.

Darwin Lord Mayor candidate Peter Styles says he’s running to ensure the Council listens to the community and delivers for them, he wants more transparency on ratepayers funds, to revitalise parks and tackle anti-social behaviour.
