The head of the AMA NT, Dr John Zorbas, has called on the NT Government to do more to protect hospital workers.

Dr Zorbas gave the example, workers at Kmart can check people to ensure they aren’t armed, but from his understanding, staff at Royal Darwin Hospital don’t have a legal right to check for weapons.
