CEO Sallyann Innes has told Katie Woolf on 360 the serious charges laid against three Territorians in the construction industry for allegedly defrauding the Commonwealth of $71 million does not reflect on the whole industry.

Ms Innes has also demanded to know how this alleged conduct could have happened, calling on the Commonwealth Government and Department to review its contract and procurement processes to ensure they are working.
