Independent Member for Goyder Kezia Purick has announced her retirement from politics, saying she’s done her bit and is keen to spend time with family. 

Ms Purick reflected on her time with the CLP from 2008 to 2015 before becoming an independent in a bid to better represent rural residents. 

She told Katie Woolf her time as the Speaker of NT Parliament was among her career highlights.
