The Chief Minister has announced the HomeGrown build grants have been extended to September 2027 to drive housing, jobs and investment.

More than 400 HomeGrown build grants valued at $30,000 and $50,000 have already been approved.

There has been discussion though that the grants for the Federal Government scheme needs to be increased from the cap of $600,000.

Katie spoke with Sky News’ Matt Cunningham to discuss when the Chief Minister made the announcement, followed up by the Federal Member for Solomon Luke Gosling and NT Treasurer Bill Yan.
