Opposition Leader Selina Uibo says Labor is keen to work with the NT Government to tackle domestic violence with a man set to be charged with murder following the death of his partner in Katherine. 

Asked about former Minister for Mining Nicole Manison’s new role with Tamboran Resources, Ms Uibo says there are no clear guidelines around employment aligned to previous government roles, suggesting 6 months is the rule of thumb adding Ms Manison hasn’t been a Minister for 11 months and would be great for the role. 

Ms Uibo also told Katie Woolf it’s gutless of the NT Government to handball news the Paramatta Eels partnership as the Territory is coming to an end to the NT Major Events Company.
