Member for Katherine Jo Hersey says kids as young as 10 are terrorising the town and told her they aren’t going to stop.

She told Katie Woolf an elderly woman was targeted while gardening and another no loner feels safe at her home after being broken into.

Ms Hersey says more police are needed on the streets, as well as support for business owners who are at the point of shutting shop.
