Police Commissioner Michael Murphy says rebuilding trust and tackling domestic violence and youth crime are among his top priorities.

He told Katie Woolf he will listen to the workforce and survey results from the NT Police Association and has high hopes for what will come out of the resource review.

Commissioner Murphy says new technology is also being explored in a bid to ease pressure on the Joint Emergency Services Call Centre.
