Taminmin College Board Chair Beverly Rahati says the school’s toilet-locking policy was sparked after students reported not feeling safe using the bathrooms.

She told Katie Woolf there was anti-social behaviour, vaping and vandalism occurring.

Ms Rahati also raised concerns about air flow issues and a lack of air conditioning in one of the school’s recently refurbished buildings.
