An 11-year-old boy has died after a quad bike crash at Darwin River.
Emergency services were called to the scene just before 1pm yesterday (November 2), where it’s reported the boy was travelling through a mango farm on the quad bike with a 38-year-old man.
The boy was declared dead at the scene by St John paramedics and the 38-year-old man has been taken to Royal Darwin Hospital with leg injuries.

The Major Crash Unit is continuing investigations into the incident.
Police are urging anyone with information about the incident to contact them on 131 444.
