A 76-year-old man has died and four others have been injured in a two-car crash near Katherine.
Authorities were called to the scene on the Victoria Highway at around 6:30 yesterday morning, where two cars had collided.
A 76-year-old man was declared dead at the scene with two women aged 63 and 70 and a 63-year-old man taken to Katherine Hospital in a critical condition.

A 25-year-old man – the sole occupant in the other vehicle was also injured in the crash.
The lives lost on Territory roads now stands at 23.
