A 32-year-old man has been arrested following an alleged assault in Durack.
Police say a woman was assaulted by a man not known to her just after 7am on Friday, while walking the grounds of the Palmerston Golf Club.
It’s alleged the offender fled the scene on foot before being apprehended by police a short time later.

Officers say he threw a bottle at them during his arrest.
He has been taken into custody with charges expected to be laid.
