A second pump is back up and running at the Darwin River Dam, with Top End residents no longer being asked to restrict water use.
It comes after pumps failed at the Darwin River Dam earlier this week due to heavy rain.
Crews are continuing to work to bring the dam back to full operational capacity.

Residents in the Top End are however still being asked to continue to boil their water before use.
