Ahvana – (Warehouse Gym & Shala)

At Ahvana, we focus on purposeful movement that builds real strength, improves conditioning, and supports mental clarity. As a HYROX-affiliated gym in Darwin, our HYROX 365 Training sessions are designed to improve endurance, strength, and race-ready fitness while our Yoga and Pilates classes balance the body and calm the nervous system.

Throughout February, we’re offering free community sessions across HYROX Training, Vinyasa Yoga Flow, and Mat Pilates at our Nightcliff locations. Suitable for all levels.

Limited spots available. Download the Ahvana App on Mindbody to register and book your class. The classes will be listed on our app as FEB FIT at the start followed by the class type.

For participants to sign up they need to download the Ahvana App (Google/Apple) register their details on there to enrol into the classes.

Ahvana HYROX Classes are high energy, coach led sessions designed to build strength, endurance, and functional fitness. As a HYROX affiliated gym, Ahvana delivers the official HYROX 365 Program, providing year-round training that follows the HYROX training methodology. Sessions combine cardio efforts with strength and conditioning movements in a structured, scalable format, suitable for all fitness levels whether you’re preparing for a HYROX event or simply want to train with purpose, intensity, and structure.

Vinyasa Yoga Flow is a dynamic, breath led class that links movement with breath through continuous sequences of poses. Classes focus on building strength, mobility, balance, and body awareness while encouraging a calm, focused mind. Each flow can be adapted to suit different levels, making it accessible yet challenging. Expect a steady rhythm, intentional transitions, and a grounding finish to leave you feeling strong, centred, and energised.

Mat Pilates is a low-impact, strength-focused class designed to improve core stability, posture, mobility, and overall body control. Using controlled movements and mindful breathing, each session builds deep strength, balance, and alignment while supporting joint health and injury prevention. Suitable for all fitness levels, exercises can be modified or progressed to meet you where you’re at, leaving you feeling strong, supported, and connected to your body.
