This class is great for strength and toning all muscle groups. It incorporates a great mix of functional exercises and compound exercises to a set of intervals for a heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind before you start your busy day!
