Come join us every Saturday this February for some Feb Fit fun and see what our amazing community is all about. The session will be a hybrid session incorporating both strength and cardio/conditioning.

Just Go Fitness is an innovative and inclusive fitness centre delivering group fitness classes, dedicated to promoting holistic well-being by encouraging individuals to move their bodies, forge connections, and embrace life to the fullest. The space caters to individuals of all ages, abilities, and fitness levels, providing a welcoming environment that empowers everyone to embark on their fitness journey. We have a range of classes including strength, conditioning, boxing, pilates, yoga, stretching, child friendly classes for parents, youth, running and individual and group private sessions. At Just Go Fitness, we believe that physical activity is not only crucial for maintaining a healthy lifestyle but also plays a significant role in fostering mental and emotional well-being. Our mission is to create a space where individuals can JUST GO escape the stressors of daily life, find their passion for movement, and form lasting connections with like-minded individuals.
