
Pure Pilates Opening Day
Pure Pilates is brand new studio, and for their opening day all of their classes are free. Pilates is a type of mind-body exercise. Pilates uses a combination of around 50 repetitive exercises to spur muscle exertion. Each exercise flows from the “five essentials”: breathe, cervical alignment, rib and scapular stabilization, pelvic mobility, and utilization of the transvers’s abdomens.
What to expect:
- 6 classes, 45 minutes each
- Bring water bottle, towel, closed shoes and active clothing
