The legend is back with a new film!
Legendary film maker Steven Spielberg makes his directing return to our screens with his newest film “Disclosure Day”. With an all-star casts that includes Emily Blunt, Colin Firth, Wyatt Russell, Eve Hewson, Josh O’Connor, and Colman Domingo. The new film is currently pegged as a sci-fi thriller and as of right now we have very little details on the story and it seems it’s marketing is staying deliberately cryptic and vague as the mystery behind the film is its central plot.

The story is based on a concept of Spielbergs own making, having then been put to screenplay by David Koepp, a pairing whose works include Jurassic Park, War of the Worlds and Indiana Jones. It appears as if the story will centre around the discovery of life not from earth, whether that be aliens, inter-dimensional creatures or a higher power we don’t yet know. For now we’ll have to wait and see what happens when the film releases mid-2026.
