Taylor Swift’s Father Involved in Altercation in Sydney

Taylor Swift’s father, Scott (71), is accused of an incident involving a photographer at a Sydney wharf. The incident occurred after Taylor wrapped up her tour and was partying until 3am. Police confirmed there was an incidence with Ben McDonald (51) took place at Neutral Bay ferry wharf on Tuesday morning.

The altercation happened as Taylor and her father were celebrating her final show in Sydney. An investigation by the North Shore Police Command is underway. According to Mr. McDonald, Taylor and Scott approached him aggressively after arriving from Homebush, where the performance was held.

While the reason for the incident is unclear, Mr. McDonald speculated that Scott may have been trying to protect his daughter. He described the events leading up to the incident, noting that security guards were involved before Scott “charged” at him with Taylor nearby.
