New Multi-Year Partnership for McLaren Racing Ahead of Belgian Grand Prix

McLaren Racing has announced a significant new partnership with Freshworks (NASDAQ: FRSH), naming the software company as an Official Partner of their Formula 1 team. The collaboration will see Freshworks’ IT service management tool, Freshservice, integrated into McLaren’s operations to optimize efficiency and boost performance both on and off the track.

Freshservice, powered by AI, is designed to streamline IT operations by addressing service requests quickly and seamlessly, even as McLaren’s team travels the globe during a packed F1 season. By reducing complexity and improving workflows, the software enables McLaren’s IT team to focus on minimizing tech-related disruptions, ensuring the team’s efforts are squarely focused on achieving maximum performance on race days.

Freshworks branding will now feature prominently on McLaren’s Formula 1 race cars and team gear, starting this weekend at the Belgian Grand Prix and continuing through the 2025 season and beyond.

Zak Brown, CEO of McLaren Racing, expressed his enthusiasm for the partnership, stating, “Boosting our efficiencies off the track is a key factor in improving our performance on it.
