Police have arrested a man in relation to an alleged aggravated assault in Darwin City.
Authorities were called to a service station on Smith Street at around 9 on Tuesday night, where it’s alleged an armed person had stabbed a man.
It’s reported the victim was able to successfully disarm the offender before officers arrived.

The man was arrested shortly after.
It’s alleged both people involved are known to each other.
No serious injuries have been reported.
