Investigations are underway after a spate of home break-ins and car thefts across Darwin’s northern suburbs.
Police say a Nightcliff home was broken into with the offenders stealing a car at around midnight Friday, before continuing to break into another home and stealing a number of items on Grevillea Court half an hour later.
The stolen car was then used to drive to Coconut Grove, which police later found abandoned.
It’s alleged the same offenders attempted more break ins and car thefts around Coconut Grove and on Mihailou Court.
Police believe the incidents are all linked, with the offenders still outstanding.
Strike Force Trident Members are working to find more information with the use of home security footage.
Police are urging anyone with information to contact them on 131 444.
