Thieves target Coolalinga servo

At 2:15am this morning Northern Territory Police received a report of a robbery at the United Service Station at Coolalinga.

Two men have walked into the store one armed with a hammer.

They have demanded money from the console operator who was forced to open the cash register.

The men have stolen a quantity of cash along with some food and drinks before running out of the store and leaving the area on foot.

The male offenders are described as being in their early 20’s, of Caucasian appearance, approximately 170cm’s tall. First male had a solid build and was wearing a dark t-shirt, dark long pants, black runners with a black t-shirt covering his face and the second offender was of thin build, wearing a cream hoody style jacket, black shorts with white trim, white socks and black runners with a yellow mask covering his face.

Police request that anyone with information relating to this matter to call Police on 131444 and quote job reference number 10147719 or alternatively information can be provided anonymously to Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.

This kind of violent offending can have long term detrimental impacts on those involved.
